1. What Makes Your Tea Special?

Bì Luó Chūn 碧螺春 is one of China's most famous historic green teas and has been enjoyed for over a 1,000 years. Originally cultivated in the misty gardens of eastern China, it remains cherished today for its delicate floral aroma, smooth character, and deep connection to Chinese tea culture.

Brewed by locals for centuries, this traditional Bì Luó Chūn 碧螺春 green tea comes from the hills of Guangxi, China — a region known for its ideal growing conditions and rich tea heritage. 

2. How do I brew the perfect cup?

Each tea has its own ideal brewing temperature and steep time. As a general guide, green teas do best at 80–90°C for 2–3 minutes, while black teas prefer 95–100°C for 3–5 minutes.

3. How should I store my tea?

Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, strong odors, and moisture. An airtight container is ideal for preserving freshness and flavor.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping in Ontario for our Bì Luó Chūn 碧螺春 green tea, and free shipping worldwide for the BAMA TEA Luxury Gift Set. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most Canadian orders arrive within 3–8 business days after dispatch. US may take up to 14 days, and worldwide up to 45 days. 

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. We do not cover any fees or duties associated with return shipping.
